These terms
These terms govern your use of this website and any proposal, quote or service agreement issued by Primera Automations Ltd (RC 7241977). Specific engagements are governed by the signed service agreement, which prevails where it differs from these terms.
Our services
We design, supply, install, integrate and monitor fleet tracking, CCTV, access control, electric fencing, solar/energy and building-automation systems. Descriptions and figures on this site (including indicative savings) are illustrative; the binding scope and pricing are set out in your proposal.
Quotes & estimates
Quotes are valid for the period stated on them and are subject to a site survey. Any savings calculator or estimate on this site is a guide only and does not constitute a guarantee of results.
Installation & support
Installation, warranty and support terms — including response times and monitoring service levels — are defined in your service agreement. Title to hardware passes on full payment unless stated otherwise.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this website or attempt to disrupt it. Content on this site is owned by Primera and may not be copied without permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts payable under the relevant service agreement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
